I had a great experience here buying my Pacifica! I worked withKen, a pleasure. Friendly, no BS, made our deal happen. Got to drive the vehicle home. Well worth the 1 hour drive. All used auto sales should happen like this!

Just wanted to thank Ken Ellis at Motor City - we were looking for a truck online, saw what we wanted but unknowingly arrived 30 minutes before they closed. Ken was great! He grabbed the keys and a plate and sent us off for a test drive! When we got back we figured we would follow up on Monday as they are closed on Sunday - but Ken insisted it was ok, that he didn't mind staying and " lets get some information" - within an hour, not only were we approved but he had all the paperwork done!! I have to say that the whole experience at Motor City with Ken was the quickest, most painless experience I've ever had at an auto dealership!Thanks for being kind and professional through the whole process!!John & Amanda -

Just had the best encounter here with Tom and Curt. They we very knowledgeable and kind to my daughter and myself. Tom was funny and kind and took time to explain everything to my daughter so she understood.
