Tom is a pleasant, knowledgeable salesman. He has a pretty good grasp of what a customer can accomplish. Curt is patient and a good person to help with paperwork. Stephany is a good service rep. The experience was pleasant and pretty quick.

I bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza back in November. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made us laugh the whole time we were there. I went solely to look at that particular car and was never pressured into a newer car or anything else. The car was being repaired when I went and saw it, so I could not test drive. But we were able to see how much they were fixing on it, which was nice. I went back a few days later and test drove, then was taking it home that night. Financing was quick and painless, and I left with a detailed list of all repairs done. The next day I drove my car 200 miles to northern Maine. Then 200 miles home a few days later. The next week, did it again (traveling for husband's work). Since then I have driven it on a few several hundred mile trips, and its working beautifully. Is it perfect? No. But it's a used car. I think negative reviews that people put about getting a car and then a month later its broken, should understand better the risks of buying used cars (and do some research on particular models that have particular issues). Overall this is one of the best purchase experiences I have had, and I am very happy with my car three months later. Motor City will be our choice in the future if we need another vehicle.

Kurt and Tom were very helpful with getting me and my brother to finance a car it was a very smooth process and they were very friendly and understanding that this was our first time, I will be back when I get my own car
